Troutfest TX 2020 Frequently Asked Questions
When is set-up for Exhibitors?
Thursday noon to 5 pm and Friday 10 am to 3 pm.
Where is our space?
All spaces inside and outside the tent (BYOT) will be assigned and marked. A Layout map will be available on February 10, 2020.
What comes with our booth inside the tent or in the BYOT area?
10×10 has a 6 foot table and 2 chairs – 10×20 has 2 6 foot tables and 4 chairs. This is the same inside or outside the tent.
When is tear down?
After 4:00 pm Sunday.
What are the Exhibition hours?
Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-4.
Will there be security?
Yes – from 5pm Friday to 9am Saturday and from 5 pm Saturday thru 10 am Sunday.
What are the hours for the Banquet and Auction?
5:30 pm – 10:00 pm – You may check in and enter beginning at 5:30 pm
What are the hours for Movie Night?
5:30 – 10:00. Check in begins at 5:30 pm. Light food provided 5:30-7:00 by Gruene Outfitters. There will be food for purchase at venue.
Is there free wifi at Lazy L&L?
Is electricity provided for Exhibitors?
Main tent, yes – BYOT, no.
Can exhibitors sell at their booths?
Can exhibitors have a no charge raffle at their booth?
Are you allowed to place items outside your booth or tent space?
No. Your space is solely the footprint you paid for and you are not allowed to extend or have items outside of your space or tent. This will impede traffic and safety and is not equitable to other exhibitors who are utilizing the space they paid for.
Where do volunteers check in?
Volunteer check in is at the GRTU Store in the Main Tent (grounds map).
Are Banquet Tickets and Movie Night tickets included for Exhibitors?
Only if they came with your Sponsorship.
Where can we access the Guadalupe to fish while we are at Troutfest TX 2020?
Free access is provided by TPWD, click here for access information. You may also pay a day use fee at almost all campgrounds on the Guadalupe River for access.
