Troutfest TX Frequently Asked Questions

Per L&L Policy, pets are NOT allowed.

Thursday noon to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 3 pm.

All spaces inside and outside the tent (BYOT) will be assigned and marked. A Layout map will be available on February 13, 2023.

10×10 has a 6 foot table and 2 chairs – 10×20 has 2 6 foot tables and 4 chairs. This is the same inside or outside the tent.

After 4:00 pm Sunday.

Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-4.

Yes – from 5pm Thursday to 9 am Friday and from 5pm Friday to 9am Saturday and from 5 pm Saturday thru 10 am Sunday.

6:00 pm – 10:00 pm – You may check in and enter beginning at 6:00 pm

5:30 – 10:00. Check in begins at 5:30 pm. Light food provided 5:30-7:00 by Gruene Outfitters. There will be food for purchase at venue.

Main tent, yes – BYOT, no.

No. Your space is solely the footprint you paid for and you are not allowed to extend or have items outside of your space or tent. This will impede traffic and safety and is not equitable to other exhibitors who are utilizing the space they paid for.

Volunteer check-in is at the Information/Volunteer Check In Tent (grounds map).

Free access is provided by TPWD, click here for access information. You may also pay a day use fee at almost all campgrounds on the Guadalupe River for access.
